We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused or unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be sent within 30 days from the product received, otherwise, they will not be eligible.

Please note that we are not responsible for return shipping fees to China.

Returns are not accepted for items marked as final sale or discounted items.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and resolve it.

Return Eligibility & Hygiene (Opened/Used Items)
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products, except in cases of allergic reactions or damaged/incorrect items.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period in the European Union Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, and without justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused or unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Please provide a trackable return shipping link (tracking number).

This is required because we can only process a refund once we receive and inspect the returned package. If the parcel does not arrive back to us and there is no tracking, we won’t be able to confirm delivery or proceed with the refund.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason, unless an exception applies under applicable law.

The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days after the day you, or a person appointed by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract before the withdrawal period expires.

When submitting a withdrawal request, please provide:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number or order reference
  • The email address used to place the order
  • The item or items you wish to withdraw from

After you submit your withdrawal request, you will be asked to confirm your request. Once confirmed, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt by email.

If your request is accepted, we will provide instructions for returning the goods. You must send the goods back within 14 calendar days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have sent them back, whichever happens first.

Returned goods must be sent back in a condition that allows us to inspect and process the withdrawal. You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Unless we state otherwise, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

Once the returned goods are received and approved, we will refund the payments eligible under applicable law using the original payment method, unless another method is agreed.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal may not apply to certain products, including but not limited to:

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized
  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery
  • Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
  • Digital content or services where performance has begun with your prior consent and acknowledgement, where applicable

This section does not limit any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country.
